This collection of instructional and operational support videos was developed to help employees navigate technical processes, workplace technology, and operational workflows within Sunrun’s rapidly evolving hybrid and remote work environment. The videos were designed to provide clear, scalable, and easily accessible just-in-time learning resources that reduced support dependency while improving employee confidence and operational consistency.
Projects included:
Created onboarding-focused tutorial videos guiding employees through equipment setup, connectivity troubleshooting, workstation configuration, and remote work readiness expectations. These videos reduced onboarding friction and minimized technical support requests for newly remote employees.
Developed operational process overview videos for Tier 1 IT Service Desk agents covering incident ownership, prioritization, escalation pathways, SLA expectations, and resolution workflows. These videos supported technical onboarding and operational consistency across distributed support teams.
Produced practical workplace technology tutorials helping employees confidently navigate hybrid meeting spaces, conference room technology, audio/video equipment, and collaboration best practices within Sunrun corporate offices. These resources supported smoother collaboration between in-office and remote participants during the company’s hybrid workplace transition.
