This enterprise career development resource was designed to provide Sunrun’s Technology Operations employees with greater visibility into career progression opportunities, advancement expectations, and technical certification pathways across the organization. The site served as both a career planning tool and a strategic workforce development resource, helping employees understand how to grow within TechOps while supporting leaders in creating clearer development conversations and advancement planning.
The project originated from recurring employee questions surrounding career mobility, advancement expectations, required technical competencies, and pathways into higher-level technical roles. In collaboration with operational leaders and subject matter experts, I designed and developed an interactive career framework that mapped job levels, role expectations, competency progression, and recommended certifications across multiple TechOps disciplines.
